Reporting
Building assessment reports are provided by PCR Building Services. A suitably qualified building assessor will attend the property to carry out a thorough site inspection and provide a detailed assessment report on the cause of damage. The report will identify the required repair works from the resultant damage and possible maintenance requirements, along with a detailed and itemised quoted scope of works and photos. Our highly trained staff provides extensive policy knowledge and apply the Product Disclosure Statement to achieve accurate claim determination and quality documentation. This process is also supported by a very experienced and dedicated administration team who can assist through our 24/7 call centre with policy coverage and advice regarding your repairs and the claim process.
