Our reputation is built on strong values, reliable workmanship, and a genuine passion for exceptional customer service.

Founded by Peter and Vivian Piltz, our business began as Piltz Constructions and Renovations, before evolving into PCR Building Services in 2005 with a growing focus on insurance repairs and property restoration. Since then, we’ve grown into a leading regional builder, providing construction services across NSW, including Albury, Wagga Wagga, Bathurst, Parkes, Dubbo and the surrounding towns and communities.

PCR has built a solid name in the Riverina and throughout regional New South Wales by working in partnership with Australia’s major insurance providers. We manage and complete over 1,000 insurance claims each year and have successfully delivered more than 7,000 projects since forming these partnerships—always with a focus on timely delivery, cost-effective outcomes, and high-quality results.

In addition to our insurance building work, we also provide tendered commercial construction services, working on government and private projects, including schools, aged care facilities, police stations, sporting and recreation facilities, community buildings, accommodation, health centres, and industrial developments. Our depth of experience makes us a preferred commercial builder across regional NSW.

Our skilled team and broad trade base allow us to take on projects of all sizes—from simple home renovations to complex commercial construction jobs. With a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and client satisfaction, we’re proud to support the regions we work in by offering long-term careers and apprenticeships. Since our beginning, we’ve trained and graduated more than 20 apprentices into qualified tradespeople.
