Brewery Residence

Having the opportunity to build our own family home is special. Although the site delivered many obstacles such as flood prone land, bushfire risk, koala habitat, heritage building and neglected site we were determined to make it work. We wanted to build a family home that sat in harmony with the environment and needed little to no maintenance as it aged. The historical Tower that stands along-side is over 100 years old and stands strong and tall.

The materials chosen such as local Cyprus, Corten steel and Concrete tilt panel were new materials for our trades to work with and they have done so excellently. We are extremely happy with our home and it's a dream to bring our family up in. We loved building it and look forward to building more places with a difference in the future.
